Flake-free scalp, for good.
Recurring dandruff is usually a low-grade skin condition called seborrhoeic dermatitis. We diagnose the exact cause (yeast, inflammation, hormones, product overload) and build a long-term control plan — not just another medicated shampoo.
Beyond the generic shampoo.
Dandruff isn't always "just dandruff." It's often seborrhoeic dermatitis, contact dermatitis, psoriasis, or fungal infection — each needing different therapy.
A trichoscopic scalp examination is the first step. We look for scale type, redness, inflammation, follicle health and specific patterns.
Treatment combines prescription-grade shampoos (ketoconazole, ciclopirox, selenium sulphide), topical anti-inflammatories, oral therapy when needed and scalp-care counselling.
For resistant cases, we add scalp mesotherapy, photodynamic therapy and nutritional workup. Goal: long-term control, not short-term suppression.

Topical Anti-Inflammatories
Short courses of steroid lotions or calcineurin inhibitors for active flares.
Oral Therapy (if needed)
For severe or scalp-spanning disease — oral antifungals or retinoids.
Scalp Mesotherapy
Calming, regenerating infusions for resistant cases.

Science-first scalp relief.
Root-Cause Diagnosis
Dermatoscopy + history identifies the exact problem before treatment.
Prescription-Grade Products
Real active strength — not diluted over-the-counter knock-offs.
Long-Term Control
Maintenance strategies keep you flake-free for years, not weeks.
Common questions, clear answers.
Is dandruff permanent?
It's chronic — meaning it tends to recur. But with the right regimen, most patients stay 95% flake-free for months between touch-ups.
Can oiling make it worse?
Yes, often. Malassezia yeast (the main dandruff driver) feeds on oils. We typically recommend pausing oiling during active dandruff.
Does stress cause dandruff?
Stress flares existing seborrhoeic dermatitis. Managing stress + following the treatment plan gives long-term control.
Do I need to keep using medicated shampoo forever?
Active therapy 6–8 weeks, then maintenance once or twice a week long-term. Once controlled, rotation keeps flares away.
