Quick, safe removal of warts, moles & tags.
From bothersome skin tags on the neck to cosmetic moles, corns, warts and DPN — all safely removed with radiofrequency or laser, in a single session, with scar-minimising technique.
Gentle removal, invisible results.
Skin growths are extremely common — but the technique used to remove them makes all the difference between a clean result and a permanent scar.
At Skin Shine, Dr. Anitha uses precision radiofrequency (RF) or CO₂/Erbium laser for most growths — both offer exceptional control, minimal thermal damage, and tiny, progressively-fading marks (rather than visible scars).
For larger moles or those with concerning features, we perform proper biopsy/excision under local anaesthesia, with dermpath confirmation whenever pigment is involved. Never ignore a changing mole — safety first, always.
The full procedure takes 15–30 minutes from numbing to dressing. Most patients return to work the same day, with gentle aftercare instructions.

Quick, painless steps.
Diagnosis & Risk Assessment
Dermoscopic examination to confirm the lesion is benign and suitable for cosmetic removal. We biopsy anything suspicious before treating.
Local Anaesthesia
A gentle numbing injection — after this, the procedure is completely painless.
Precision Removal
RF or laser precisely ablates the lesion layer by layer — the surrounding skin is left untouched.
Haemostasis & Dressing
Any minor bleeding is instantly controlled. A breathable dressing is applied.
Aftercare Kit
Antibiotic ointment, sun protection and detailed written instructions — handed to you before you leave.
Review & Healing
Follow-up at 1 and 4 weeks to ensure clean healing. Pigment fading may continue for 2–3 months.
Minor procedure, major care.
Dermoscopy First
Every lesion examined at 10x magnification before removal — never skipping the "could this be skin cancer?" check.
Scar-Minimising Technique
Layer-by-layer removal + post-procedure silicone gel minimises both visible scarring and pigmentation.
Multiple Lesions in One Session
Have many tags or bumps? We can remove 10–20+ in one sitting, saving you multiple visits.
Common questions, clear answers.
Will it leave a scar?
Most patients heal with a tiny pink or skin-coloured mark that fades over 1–3 months. Larger or raised lesions may leave a small indent or mark, but it's almost always far more acceptable than the original lesion.
Can moles grow back?
Properly-removed flat moles rarely grow back. Deep moles can occasionally leave pigment roots — if regrowth occurs, we can redo the procedure.
Is it painful?
Numbing injection has a tiny prick; after that, the procedure is painless. Some patients feel mild pressure.
When can I wash my face?
Gentle water contact after 24 hours. Full face washing after 3–5 days depending on the size and location of the treated spot.
