Skin tags, milia, seborrheic keratoses (those rough brown spots that show up after 40), age spots, syringomas around the eyes — none of them are dangerous, but they are annoying. They snag on jewellery, dull foundation, accumulate over time.
We remove them in a single visit using radiofrequency cautery or CO2 laser — depending on size, location and skin type. Both methods are precise, controlled and minimise the kind of scarring you'd get from cutting them out.
Important: every lesion is examined first by a dermatologist. We will not remove anything that looks suspicious without biopsy. Any growth that is changing, bleeding or itching gets sent for histology before treatment.

Topical / Local Anaesthesia
Numbing cream for surface lesions; tiny lidocaine injection for larger or deeper ones.
Removal
Radiofrequency for skin tags (clean snip, instant haemostasis). CO2 laser for keratoses and DPN. Curettage + cautery for some lesions.
Post-Care
Antibacterial ointment, no picking, mineral SPF 50 over treated area for 4 weeks.
Healing
Tiny scab forms; falls off naturally in 5–10 days. Pinkness fades over 4–8 weeks.

Will it scar?
Modern techniques minimise scarring — most patients see only mild pinkness that fades within 4–8 weeks. Strict SPF prevents post-inflammatory pigmentation, especially on Indian skin.
Is it safe? Won't it grow back?
Treated lesions don't grow back. New lesions can appear at other sites — DPN and seborrheic keratoses are genetic tendencies.
How many can be removed in one session?
Typically 10–20 small lesions per session. We sequence larger lesions or extensive areas across multiple visits.
Is biopsy always needed?
No — most skin tags and stable seborrheic keratoses are clinically diagnosed and removed without biopsy. Anything atypical we send for histology before treatment.
